Pinnacle Quality Insight Gives Customer Experience Awards to Top 15% of Senior Care Providers
After a difficult pandemic year, the top 15% of senior care organizations received Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insight. These awards are based on 150,000 in-depth phone surveys of residents, patients, and their families.

This year a select group of long-term and post-acute senior care organizations received Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction and employee engagement measurement firm in the senior care space. 

The awards are based on 150,000 in-depth phone surveys of residents, patients, and their families, measuring things like communication, dignity and respect, safety and even food quality.  

“We give these awards each year because potential residents and their families deserve to know which locations offer the highest standards of care,” said Chris Magleby, CEO of Pinnacle. “Excellence in this case is defined by the experts, the residents themselves.” 

Residents and families benefit from knowing which facilities won Customer Experience Awards, but care providers and office staff also look forward to the recognitions. 

Carl Tabor, Division President of Skilled Nursing Facilities at Avamere Living, affirmed the significance of the award as a reflection of his facility’s core values. The Pinnacle Customer Experience Award is a testament to the exceptional customer experience at the heart of the Avamere Living mission, he explained.

In a year of worldwide pandemic, frontline senior care providers have reason to be proud, all the more so because the awards are based entirely on resident and patient feedback. 

“In 2020, the senior care sector went through the most difficult year in recent memory, certainly my lifetime. Senior populations have never been more vulnerable,” said KayT Matheson, chief development officer. “Despite all the challenges, our 2021 award recipients are being recognized by the people they care for, and that’s very special.”
